As a CFI student, you will really understand food as you gain comprehensive knowledge that will serve as the foundation for everything you do in your career. You will learn how to sauté, to braise, to caramelize, and explore the fundamentals of fruits and vegetables; soups, stocks, and savories; bread fermentation; knife skills and cuts; and much more.

From updating knowledge about the industry, to developing professionalism and leading teams, to managing resources. CFI will mold you into not just a Chef but a manager and a leader.

We inspire through our Faculty Members and Program Advisers who are willing to share their knowledge and expertise. They are Industry Recognized - seasoned professionals in Culinary and Food Service Management, Nutrition and Food Science, Cost Control, and Entrepreneurship.



CFI offers hands-on experience in real work setting through its Practicum and On-the-job training.

Training and Internships range from 300 to 1,200 hours!

We also partner with ZIP travel for our USA Cultural Exchange Program.


      ·         BS CULINARY MANAGEMENT – Full Bachelor’s Degree program with a duration

               of 4 years including one semester of internship.

·         Advanced Culinary Arts with Certificate II in Cookery – 12 weeks

·         Advanced Baking with Certificate II in Bread and Pastry Production – 12 weeks

·         Signature Short Courses – Minimum of 20 hours
